LeadRouter redefined the way real estate leads of all kinds - but particularly Internet leads -- are distributed to agents.  The patent-pending technology uses broker-defined business rules to instantly determine which agent in the company is the right agent to handle each lead, then immediately calls that agent's cell phone to offer the lead.  LeadRouter makes it possible for a qualified agent to respond to the consumer just moments from the time of the consumer's inquiry.

LeadRouter was sold to Realogy Corporation (then part of Cendant Corporation) for the exclusive use of the CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby's International, Better Homes & Gardens, and Coldwell Banker Commercial real estate brands, and has over 130,000 users.

LeadRouter won the Inman Innovator Award in 2005 for "Most Innovative Technology of the Year"

LeadPhone

Since its launch at the 2002 NAR convention in New Orleans, LeadPhone has been providing an instant cell-phone notification call when agents receive a lead from a personal website, or an important email matching key words the agent has predefined.  LeadPhone is a monthly unlimited use subscription service available to individual users for a flat rate of just $15 per month.

Do Not Call Sentry

DNC Sentry was the first do-not-call compliance tool created specifically for the real estate industry.  DNC Sentry was protecting its REALTOR subscribers against do-not-call violations beginning on the same day the federal do-not-call rules took effect in 2003.  With nearly 200,000 subscribed users and millions of numbers checked, it remains the most used do-not-call solution in the real estate industry.  DNC Sentry is available on a monthly subscription basis to real estate companies of any size, regardless of affiliation.

Through partner alliances, the service is provided completely FREE to all members of the Texas Association of REALTORS and to franchise affiliates of CENTURY 21 Real Estate,  and at a discounted rate to members of various other REALTOR associations.
